I work with busy women who inherently know that the life they are living could be, for lack of a better word, WHOLE.  Most women know what they need to do but its the HOW that is tough.  Whether you need help with the HOW or the WHAT, Whole Being is here for you!

Individual Coaching Plan

Here's what is included:

This is a 20 minute session via phone to get to know each other. We will discuss your needs and what the Whole Being process looks like. I think it’s important for you to have time to ask questions so you feel comfortable and feel like Whole Being is a good fit for you!

This is a 50 min session via Zoom. During this session we reflect and take a deep dive into all the areas of your life that are keeping you from living whole. We will complete an initial assessment which addresses nutrition, eating patterns, movement, sleep and lifestyle habits.

These are 60 Minute sessions every other week OR 30 minute session every week for 3 months where we will meet via Zoom. These sessions are where it all happens. You decide what wellness area you would like to focus on and together we will make a plan! We will discuss the day to day challenges and ways you can navigate toward a healthier lifestyle.

This is not a sprint, this is a marathon. If changing your lifestyle were easy, then everyone would be eating real nutrient dense food, going to yoga and having the perfect balance of family and work. This is you changing old patterns as you journey to being a healthy, energetic, balanced, whole being. Sometimes you just need to vent or know you are not alone. Don’t stress!
